A community created for (aspiring) digital nomads, freelancers and hybrids particularly within the Caribbean, to connect, share tips, questions, answers, job opportunities and most importantly support each other on the journey of transformation from the everyday office environment.

The MotiveBoard is the Caribbean-founded online hub dedicated to bridging the gap between Caribbean nationals and the global remote work space through connectivity, open discourse, exploration of ideas and sharing of tips and insights as we move to align Caribbean talent with Global workforce opportunities and location independence.
